Hi, I'm Kristen Coulter, and I help people buy and sell homes across Waxhaw and the Charlotte metro area.

 

I live right here in Waxhaw, so when I tell you about a street, a school pickup line, or which grocery store has the shortest wait on a Saturday morning, I'm speaking from experience, not a listing sheet. My family and I have called Union County home since 2021, and I've watched this area grow into one of the most popular places to raise a family in the Charlotte region.

 

Before real estate, I spent 14 years working as a paralegal and 6 years teaching in the classroom. Those two careers taught me how to read contracts closely and how to explain complicated things in plain language, two skills that come in handy every single day in this business. I'm licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, so whether you're buying your first home, moving up, downsizing, or relocating for a new job, I can help you on either side of the state line.

 

I work with buyers and sellers across Waxhaw, Monroe, Indian Trail, Weddington, Marvin, Wesley Chapel, and the greater Charlotte metro, along with Mint Hill, Indian Land, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Lancaster.
